AI product description generation from your webshop data
With many products, writing every description in a consistent style takes a lot of time. We set up a workflow based on your product data that produces draft texts and helps you review them.
The starting point is the available product name, features, size, material and usage information. The goal is a description that answers customers' real questions and matches your webshop's tone of voice.
What the text is based on
We can work from a prepared Excel or CSV file or, with a separate integration, from the product data available in your webshop. Together we define which field contains what information and what is needed for a usable description.
If an important piece of data is missing, the workflow flags it for review. Product properties, compatibility or certifications must not be filled in based on assumptions.
What you get
The agreed task can include short and detailed product descriptions, key features or a suggested description for search results. We define the tone of voice, the structure and which claims may be used.
The finished versions can be linked back to the original catalog by product ID. This lets you track which text was written for which product and which one is still awaiting review.

We test on a sample first
Before tackling the full catalog, we check the results on a smaller sample that includes different product types. We look at factual accuracy, style, repetition and how missing data is handled.
Based on the approved samples, we refine the rules. Bulk processing can then start, with review checkpoints. Automatic publishing is a separate decision and setting; the initial workflow prepares texts for approval.
Product description generation: implementation pricing
File-based workflow
One-time fee. The example covers one standardized input spreadsheet, one Hungarian-language description type, an agreed style, flagging of missing data and delivery back to a file. Implementation includes processing and jointly reviewing 30 sample products.
Direct webshop connection
One-time fee. An example scope covering one documented data connection for one webshop, importing the product data and returning the approved texts. How it fits into your existing admin interface and the size of the first processing round are set during the assessment.
Amounts are net, excluding VAT. Multiple languages, multiple supplier formats, complex data cleansing and developing a dedicated editing interface are additional tasks. Individual human review of the texts for the entire catalog is not included in the example project fee.
Usage and maintenance costs
We keep the usage fee for AI processing, any server or automation subscription and later support separate from the implementation fee. For processing the full catalog, we prepare a usage cost estimate based on the sample run.

Frequently asked questions
Will this improve my Google ranking?
Accurate, useful product information can help customers find their way. AI-generated text in itself is no ranking guarantee; the content has to provide real information about the product.
Can you work in multiple languages?
Yes, multilingual processing can also be planned. Style and review must be defined for each language; this is a separate work item in the quote.
Do I have to copy in every product one by one?
No. With file-based processing, many products can be handled at once; with a direct webshop connection, both importing the data and writing the texts back can be linked to your existing system.
Who reviews the finished texts?
At rollout we designate who is responsible for review and which steps are required. We go through the sample products together; the scope of editorial review for the full catalog is subject to a separate agreement.
